Sweater Weather is Coming to Élan!

Sweater weather is here, and we’re celebrating the season with a Grand Opening in Beaumont!

Join us on Saturday, October 3 from 1–4 PM at 5602 Parc Reunis Way for an afternoon of fall fun as we celebrate the opening of new showhomes.

What would a fall celebration be without a pumpkin? Bring a donation for the Food Bank and pick up a free pumpkin to take home.  one per household

 Take a ride through the community with Lone Star horse-drawn carriage rides, enjoy live music, and grab a bite from Gaetano’s Pizza food truck. We’ll also have face painting, refreshments and treats to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

As you make your way through the new showhomes, take part in our Showhome Scavenger Hunt and enter our giveaway for your chance to take home a prize. Our friends at Sea Change Brewing will also be on-site sampling some of their non-alcoholic brews, so be sure to stop by and try something local.
